All baked goods are gluten, dairy and shellfish free. Many items are egg free.
All items are baked on site from scratch with certified gluten free flours. We use coconut milk as our dairy free alternative and Soy Free Earth Balance and canola oil for butter and oil. We do not use any artificial preservatives, colors or flavors with fresh fruits and vegetables to add texture and depth to our baked goods. Agave, honey and evaporated cane juice are our natural low glycemic sweeteners. We are GFCO certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group.
